Standard hairdresser
I got a haircut here and it worked fine, I got almost the haircut I wanted (slight communication problem, maybe since my Russian isn't perfect, but no biggie) and the girl who cut me was nice and made her best to fulfill my wishes.
Bonus points for washing the hair after cutting it, I don't know if it's standard procedure here in Russia but I'm not used to it and it's great to get rid of most of the left-over hairs.
They did offer a tea before cutting the hair but since I declined I don't know if it was included or just a way to promote the little cafe they have.
The price was around 1200 rubles (a little more I think), which seems kind of standard for this kind of place but you can probably get it cheeper if you look around.
